Run and Ride at The Hollies, Richmond, DL11 6DF
Triathletes are welcome for each class and will be included in the competition for best
shoot/throw, swim and run.
Full briefing notes will be distributed via Team Trainers and on Northern England Tetrathlon Facebook page prior to the event.

Please ensure anyone entering the sections with the swim phase are competant at swimming 25m unaided.
