The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK website ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your entry, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Should you wish to withdraw from an Event then please email diary@horsevents.co.uk stating your Name, Email, Event and Classes entered and reason for withdrawal.
For events where EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK are managing the finances then you will receive a full refund of entry fees if:
1. you withdraw before the closing date (Organisers that manage their own payments may have other rules) AND
2. you have NOT entered a class that has limited places and there is no time left to fill your place (Tuition or arena hire generally fall into this bracket) AND
3. the Class you are wishing to withdraw from is NOT Full AND
4. criteria 1 - 3 above do not contravene the Organiser's own stated withdrawal and refund policy.
That refund will unfortunately not now include the booking fee due to a change in policy at PayPal. If your payment was made by card through Stripe then that refund will be your WHOLE entry fee but not the booking fee (as they do not refund any card fees).
Refunds for withdrawals made after the closing date are entirely at the discretion of the Organiser and we would consult their wishes before making any refunds.
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review events and schedule information, for personal use, or to make entries for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK to do so.
You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK to do so.
EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features.
EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits,even if EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This site is controlled and operated by EQUINEEVENTS.CO.UK from its offices in the United Kingdom. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by English law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in London, England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
