CANTER CAMP SEPTEMBER 2025 - SOMERFORD - DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE
8th - 11th September 2025 at Somerford park
12 places for riders jumping mini upto max of 70cm (using the training field for the XC training sessions).
Please use the class which states mini to pay your deposit.
12 places for ridees jumping from 70cm to 100 (using the main XC course for their XC training sessions).
Please use the class which states 70-100 to pay your deposit.
Monday eve , arrive and settle in, training commences on the Tuesday.
️4 Training sessions with accredited coaches 2x XC, 2x SJ.
Access to the farm ride.
Evening meals & drinks
Tea/coffee/squash included
Evening entertainment
Toilet & Shower facilities
Stable from 6pm Monday until 11am Thursday 2 bale Shavings & Haylage included
Kitchen facilities available to prepare and cook breakfasts and lunches which arent provided by the camp.
Rider required to have own public liability insurance cover.
Horse vaccines must be in date and will be checked on arrival.
Please note : dogs are NOT allowed.
Deposit of £100.00 at the time of booking. Final payment of £195.00 6 weeks prior to camp start date, failure to make this final payment deadline will result in loss of place and loss of deposit..
Total camp price : £295.00.
Please download booking form, complete and return to the address on the form after deposit has been paid. These along with proof of insurance must be recieved no later than 8 weeks before the camp start date, failure to do so will risk losing your place and deposit.
CANCELLATION - DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE REFUNDS ONLY GIVEN IF THE CANCELLED PLACE IS FILLED . THIS IS MINUS A £25 ADMIN FEE.
