Freelance Riding Instructors

We are able to offer you as a Freelance Riding Instructor a great online entry service through Horsevents. Each instructor is allocated their own landing page e.g. horsevents.co.uk/instructorname/ which as well as featuring an image of you (maybe!), a description (that is totally editable by you), it will list all of the tuition that you have added to Horsevents, thus making it a single stop url to all your online entries.

You will also be able to list all tuition that you undertake at any venue (there is no limit to the number of venues you can add).

Using horsevents.co.uk for your tuition bookings allows you to free up time actually doing the tuition and earning money by not wasting time on the admin of booking people in and taking payments.

You will find horsevents pretty flexible and we are always here to help.

• You can set closing dates down to the minute for lessons
• You can limit the number of entries in each session
• You can have group and single sessions in the same day
• Your sessions can be time slots or groups of abilities- you're in charge

Using horsevents is 100% FREE for you and you will recieve 100% of your tuition Fee. Each competitor is charged a small booking fee that covers all payment processor fees, card fees and site fees so that you receive the WHOLE training fee WITHOUT deductions.

If you wish to leave us to handle your payments, then we can reconcile with you on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis depending on the frequency that suits you and your transaction levels. After reconciliation we then make any payments due directly to your bank account via Bank Transfer. Alternatively you can handle your own payment provider (we recommend PayPal) and payments can be withdrawn from your PayPal account at your own direction. If you handle your own payments then you will also be responsible for making refunds after withdrawals or cancellations and we will also invoice you for 20p per entry made to cover use of the system (you will find that this 20p fee is easily covered by the booking fee that you will collect from the competitors making their entries which is intended to cover all Payment Processor Fees so that you receive the net entry fee without any deduction).
