We can offer Pony Clubs a great online entry service through Horsevents. Each Pony club is allocated its own landing page e.g. horsevents.co.uk/myPC/ which as well as featuring the club logo, a description (that is totally editable by you), it will list all of your events that you have added to Horsevents, thus making it a single stop url to all your online entries.
We have found that Pony Clubs use Horsevents online entry system to not only list events that they are running for all riders, but also membership renewals, lessons, outings and social events. The only limitation is your imagination. You will also be able to list all other events that you run that do not want to make use of our online entry system, as the diary will quite happily display those as well, so that way your landing page effectively becomes your event diary.
Each Pony Club is also given a members only area. Each member can be added and given a unique login to Horsevents.co.uk that will allow them access to the Pony Club's Members only page. We can set these logins up for you from a simple members list of name and email address (if any members are already registered with us then we will link that account to your Pony Club so that they do not have to manage dual logins).
If you wish to leave us to handle your payments, then we can reconcile with your treasurer on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis depending on the frequency that suits you, your Club and your transaction levels. After reconciliation we then make any payments due directly to your bank account via BACS. Alternatively you can handle your own payment provider (we recommend PayPal) and payments can be withdrawn from your PayPal account at your own direction. If you handle your own payments then you will also be responsible for making refunds after withdrawals or cancellations and we will also invoice you for 25p per entry made to cover use of the system (you will find that this 25p fee is easily covered by the booking fee that you will collect from the competitors making their entries which is intended to cover all Payment Processor Fees so that you receive the net entry fee without any deduction).
