We are so close! The Show Organiser Zone is very near completion and will certainley be out before 2020 (which was the target we had in mind- although we did say it needed to be right rather than out early!). The new Zone is sleeker and faster than the current Show Organiser control panel and allows you to manage your events with less backwards and forwards clicks. All the same features have been retained along with a few extra options.

When the Zone gets released you will find the new options are:

• Additional Logins- Read Only and Read/Write
  You can now give access to the additional users of your Organisation, with a choice of these new users having Read access only (including downloading entries) or full blown Read/Write access.
• Additional Event Charges
  Sometimes there are additional items you need to charge for that are not totally associated with the per class entry fee. Something like First Aid per Rider as an example would fall into this bracket. Extra charges can be triggered by Rider Name, By Horse Name or by Class- you decide. So to add a £2 per Rider per event for First Aid you can use this Extra Charge Option and regardless of the number of classes this Rider enters at your event they will only get one First Aid charge.
• Document Upload.
  As well as all the fields of data you can collect per class we have now added in the ability to request a document upload from competitors; this might be a photo of their Vaccination Page for example
• Max entries per Event
  You have always been able to set a maximum entry limit on classes, but now with the advent of the new Show Organiser Zone you will find that you can also set a maximum number of entries per event. This maximum when reached will close all classes regardless of whether their individual max (if set) has been reached

As you can see there are some new additions to the Show Organiser Zone- all of which are intended to make life easier for you to manage your events on horsevents.co.uk.
